Business Support from the Page Team.
We have changed the way we support our Clients, we have listened to what our customers want, and looked at the different offerings that other IT companies supply. We have added a new level of support. As well as offering Maintenance contracts, we are introducing a ‘retained support’ contract. Unlike other IT companies we have chosen not to introduce Premium Rate Telephone Lines which can cost a £1 per Minute or to charge for each ‘support incident’ which typically costs £ 40 per Incident or £ 1.50 for each email, we have opted for bundling this together and charging an annual fee based on the number of PC’s and Servers in your Organisation This retained support will entitle you to unlimited telephone support (not tuition), and unlimited access to our new remote support facility. Which provided your machine has a working Internet Connection, allows us to access your PC and resolve problems without the need for a site visit.
The ‘retained support’ option also entitles you to reduced rates for Site Visit’s and Priority response.
Unfortunately if you do not have a Maintenance Contract or Retained Support we may have to charge for all support incidents, in line with industry standards. The standard rates for remote support is £ 30 per Incident, and £ 20 per Telephone Incident. We would therefore recommend that you have a minimum cover of retained maintenance for your PC’s.
